Securities Operations Associate (P1)

At Wells Fargo, a Securities Operations Associate plays an important role in supporting accurate and timely securities operations across the trade lifecycle, transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process routine securities transactions across the trade lifecycle, including settlement and reconciliation, following established procedures

• Support cash movements, funding, account servicing, and client onboarding activities

• Research routine operational issues and exceptions, escalating matters that require additional review

• Complete daily operational activities accurately and within established timelines while adhering to policies, controls, and risk requirements

• Collaborate with internal partners and identify potential process improvements to support consistent and efficient operations

Requirements

• 6+ months of securities operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of securities operations, including trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, cash movements, and account servicing

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures, controls, and risk requirements
