Senior Specialist - Corporate Strategy

JLL is seeking a Senior Specialist to support the Global Corporate Strategy team in Gurugram. The team identifies and delivers transformative revenue growth opportunities and competitive intelligence across commercial real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze JLL's competitive landscape to provide input into ongoing strategy development and brief leadership.

• Conduct broader industry and company research in response to Corporate Strategy and executive leadership needs.

• Design questionnaires and interview guides for conducting expert interviews and primary research initiatives.

• Synthesize company and competitor research into executive-level deliverables using strategic frameworks.

• Support modules of broader strategy team projects involving competitive and industry research.

Requirements

• At least 7 - 10 years of experience in strategy, market research, competitive intelligence, or consulting at a top-tier firm.

• Proficient in market sizing, trend analysis, competitive intelligence, value chain analysis, and M&A.

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, computer science or related field; MBA preferred.

• Familiarity with research databases like PitchBook, Cap IQ, Preqin, and Factiva.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel modelling and PowerPoint storytelling.
