This is a fully remote opportunity with 6 working days where candidates can be based anywhere in India. ixigo is a technology company focused on empowering Indian travellers to plan, book and manage their trips across rail, air, buses and hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Work flexibly in rotational shifts.
Participate in a 2-week training program to understand the nuances of the hotels booking ecosystem.
Complete assessment tests on knowledge, skills, and ability to perform job responsibilities.
Safeguard sensitive company data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Report any suspected security incidents in line with the organization's ISMS policies and procedures.
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of experience in calling and backend operations.
Knowledge of the travel industry is required.
Must have access to a laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with a travel background will be preferred.
