Bosch is seeking a Factory Medical Officer to manage industrial hygiene, occupational health, and emergency medical services across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Industrial hygiene and occupational health, Ambulance room, First aid and emergency services.
Management of Accident Benefit Scheme and GPAI matters.
Administration of Hospitalization schemes - WHS-N for workmen, Manipal Hospital scheme and Mediclaim insurance for M&SS etc.
Liaison with Medical Inspector of Factories Implementation of OSHAS 18001:2007.
Database maintenance and processing of various Hospitalisation Schemes.
Organising annual medical health check ups for Sr. Managers and above and for workmen above the age of 40 years.
Follow-up of substance abuse/de-addicted cases and chronic medical cases.
Organising PME, Health awareness programmes, CMEs, Health camps, First Aid Training etc.
Procurement and Management of medicaments, medical equipment and bio-medical waste.
Requirements
MBBS degree.
Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH).
8+ years of industrial experience.
