Key Responsibilities
Act as Lead Scrum Master for multiple agile teams across programs.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices.
Facilitate key ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies.
Establish and manage PMO frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into execution plans.
Define and track agile and PMO metrics using dashboards and reports.
Lead, mentor, and develop Scrum Masters and PMO team members.
