Execute Product design and development work packages and Customer sub-projects for Conventional Diesel fuel injection at Bosch, ensuring work packages meet time, quality and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
Execute design and development projects and series support and ensure engineering quality as per BES_PE standards.
Organize and Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical inputs, participate and contribute to resolving technical issues, ensuring product quality.
Notify possible Risks, Provide Information & Data on Development metrics report areas for improvement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to Project management.
Participate in Product innovation and continuous Process improvement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical related field).
1-4 years experience in Product Development, Design, Product Functional Analysis & Investigation.
Exposure to Project management work packages.
Good Knowledge in Product design and development process, Engineering Drawings, Design Standards and BES process.
Knowledge on standards/norms, Geometrical Dimension & Tolerating, Design, material, reliability.
Knowledge of IC engines and connected systems, Manufacturing, quality and procurement process of auto components.
Good knowledge of measurement systems, testing and calibration equipment, and measurement procedure.
Knowledge on Data analytics and Machine learning concepts.
