Key Responsibilities
Design and develop software using COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL.
Maintain and present project-related metrics reporting for management review.
Act as a technical lead for proposing solutions to the team.
Lead initiatives for automation, defect metrics, and overall quality.
Handle coordination between teams based in various locations and vendors.
Develop project schedules and track deliverables.
Requirements
Experience in batch and online development using mainframe technologies.
Experience in CI/CD methodologies.
Understanding of the payment and cards industry.
