This role is part of the Global HRIS system supporting HR Applications in TransUnion, focusing on day-to-day support and troubleshooting of Workday Integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day support and troubleshooting of Workday Integrations with various internal and external vendors.
Analyze and respond to customer inquiries and collaborate with team members.
Participate in project work and Workday releases.
Maintain inbound/outbound Workday HCM integrations to internal and third-party vendors including payroll and benefit providers.
Gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy integrations.
Design, build, and test reports in Workday functional areas such as Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation.
Requirements
5+ years of experience working and building integrations with Workday HCM in a professional environment.
Strong Workday knowledge and integration skills using Studio, BIRT, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services, and REST APIs.
Experience with XML and XSLT.
Strong experience in building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
