JLL is looking for a Building Operations professional to achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs and provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services. You will ensure high standards and meet key performance indicators for facility management.
Financial Management
Manage and control all critical spares for all installations as per manufacturer recommendations and inventory.
Coordinate with AEM for collating all R&M requirements quarterly.
Follow up for assigned Purchase Orders and work completion until invoice submission.
Operations Management
Carry out all engineering and operational procedures ensuring proper functioning of electrical systems, HVAC, PACs, plumbing, and elevators.
Liaise with vendors for maintenance and service practices to deliver quality work.
Ensure adherence to 52 weeks annual M&E maintenance schedules and review daily log books.
Ensure technical staff attend and close all F&S technical related issues.
Participate during emergency evacuation procedures and manage health and safety issues.
