Senior Institutional Investment Operations Representative

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Institutional Investment Operations Representative to perform operational tasks for complex institutional trades and support institutional investment operations. In this role, you will help drive process re-engineering and ensure adherence to compliance and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of operational tasks for complex institutional trades or process extensive knowledge of systems.

• Provide ideas for improving or implementing processes and drive transformation opportunities.

• Perform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquiries, and reconciling transactions.

• Review time sensitive documents and support audit requirements within the process.

• Provide training or work direction to less experienced staff and address compliance issues.

• Lead or participate in projects and collaborate with peers and managers to achieve goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Institutional Investment Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
