At IDBS, a Danaher operating company, the PMO Analyst supports project governance, reporting, forecasting, data quality, and audit readiness across a global portfolio of Life Sciences SaaS implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, tracking, and closure of multiple concurrent software implementation projects.
Coordinate project governance routines, including status reporting, meeting preparation, and milestone tracking.
Maintain project and portfolio reporting by tracking delivery status, budget consumption, and resource utilization.
Support project forecasting and financial tracking by compiling and validating project inputs.
Partner with Professional Services leaders and Project Managers to support consistent project governance.
Support PMO operations by maintaining established templates, reporting methods, and automated workflows.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience supporting a Project Management Office, project coordination, or Professional Services team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to analyze project data.
Working knowledge of Agile, waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Experience using AI-enabled or automation tools to improve reporting and data quality.
