The Accounting Senior Analyst at Cytiva, a Danaher company, is responsible for controllership, compliance, audits, risk assessment, and business analytics to support accurate reporting and effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Direct Tax compliance including TDS returns preparation and filing, Form 15CA, Income Tax returns, advance tax, and tax audit data.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including FEMA, CSR, EPF, MSMED, RBI, and ICFR controls.
Prepare and coordinate statutory, tax, internal, and balance sheet audits while driving control deficiency remediation.
Support business analytics through timely execution of ad-hoc analyses and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
Professional accountant preferably CA or CPA with 3 to 5 years of experience or an accounting degree with 5 to 10 years of experience.
Proven ability to understand and improve internal controls for safeguarding company assets.
Previously handled audits from Big 4 or similar firms with mandatory direct tax experience.
Demonstrated experience to improve processes and optimize working capital.
Proficiency in financial reporting tools such as Hyperion, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel.
