Dyson is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to handle retail planning, inventory management, and store operations in India according to global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Planning

• Channel Wise / Category Wise / Month Wise / Partner Wise Planning

• Sellout / Sell Thru / Selling Planning

• Global standards to be localized as per India consumer standards and expectations

Inventory Management

• Inventory Planning

• Channel Wise Month Wise Stock Allocation / replenishment

• SAP orders, transfers and GRN

KPI Tracking & Analytics

• Store Traffic, Demos and conversion

• Lead generation and quality

Requirements

• 10 Years of experience in global brands store & retail operations for large format retails

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
