State Street Corporation is looking for an Investment Performance Analysis Manager to handle absolute and relative portfolio performance analysis. The role involves reconciling benchmark performance and resolving security-level discrepancies in global performance and risk applications.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct performance analysis and attribution regarding security selection, asset allocation, and currency factors.
Reconcile and update portfolio and benchmark performance, identifying and resolving security-level discrepancies.
Retrieve, validate, and upload data from vendor systems into risk and analytics tools.
Communicate with Global Performance Measurement, Operations, and IT staff to resolve data issues.
Requirements
Postgraduate, preferably an MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.
6-8 years of post-graduation experience in a financial firm.
Good understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivative instruments.
Knowledge of the Investment Management industry and security analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
FRM, CFA, or related financial certification.
Experience in Performance Measurement.
Exposure to POINT, Yield book, or FactSet.
