Target is looking for a Senior Promo Specialist to research and resolve offer issues to provide the best possible guest experience within the Pricing & Promotion Center of Excellence. This role supports the Price & Promo Strategy team and all merchants in the execution of promotional offers.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve offer issues with the goal of providing the best possible guest experience.
Proactively scan the offer landscape to identify issues early and mitigate them downstream.
Report on critical issues fixed for weekly enterprise reporting.
Adapt to changes in promo processes and systems.
Consult users on their issue and mitigation methods for future prevention, execute and maintain key enterprise offers.
Communicate weekly promo execution Key Performance Indicators for the entire user base.
Requirements
Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience in an operations or support team.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage execution and maximize relationships.
Microsoft Office knowledge including Word and Excel.
