Senior Institutional Operations Representative

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Institutional Investment Operations Representative to support institutional investment operations and deliver accurate, timely, and consistent operational services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex to complex institutional investment operations, including trade processing, researching inquiries, reconciling transactions, and reviewing time-sensitive documentation

• Research and resolve operational issues and exceptions within established procedures, applying sound judgment and knowledge of systems, policies, and requirements

• Support audit, compliance, risk, and control requirements and address operational or governance issues within the assigned process

• Identify and recommend process improvements, participate in operational initiatives, and provide guidance or training to less experienced team members

• Collaborate with internal and external customers, peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and support consistent achievement of operational goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of Institutional Investment Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of institutional investment operations, including trade processing, transaction reconciliation, and exception management

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with an understanding of risk, controls, compliance, and operational procedures
