Analyst

At Carrier, you will manage purchase requisition and purchase order transactions in SAP Ariba, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procurement policies while offering non-technical helpdesk support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase requisition and purchase order transactions in SAP Ariba, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procurement policies.

• Create, modify, cancel, and monitor purchase orders in line with approved requisitions and business instructions.

• Monitor purchase requisition approval workflows and follow up with approvers to reduce cycle time and aging.

• Provide first-level non-technical procurement helpdesk support for requesters, approvers, suppliers, and internal users.

• Track operational KPIs including PR/PO cycle time, approval aging, helpdesk volume, and SLA attainment.

• Identify recurring issues and recommend process simplification, standardization, automation, or governance improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.

• 4+ years of experience in procurement operations, P2P, shared services, supplier enablement, vendor master data, or SAP Ariba operations.

• Working knowledge of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approval workflows, supplier onboarding, and procurement helpdesk operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Ariba Network, catalogs, or supplier master-data operations.

• Experience working in a global procurement CoE, shared-services, or region-agnostic operating model.

• Lean Six Sigma, procurement certification, SAP Ariba exposure, or project-management experience preferred.
