JLL is seeking a Compliance Executive in Bengaluru to monitor and manage labour law compliance across integrated facility management (IFM) operations, ensuring statutory adherence by vendors and manpower agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations across IFM sites.
Verify and maintain statutory documents related to contractors, vendors, and manpower agencies.
Track compliance related to wages, PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, insurance, and labour licenses.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely submission of statutory records and compliance documents.
Maintain compliance trackers, MIS reports, and audit documentation.
Conduct periodic compliance reviews and identify gaps or non-compliance issues.
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
Ensure contractor onboarding documentation is complete and compliant.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in labour compliance, statutory compliance, or contractor compliance management.
Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IFM, facility management, real estate, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
