RSM is hiring an Assurance Associate to provide timely, high-quality client service with large and small companies. You will develop strong working relationships and work closely with teams to understand client businesses and audit challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the RSM US audit approach, methodology, and tools.
Perform audit procedures and tests in accordance with RSM audit methodology.
Identify accounting and auditing issues and discuss them with the audit in-charge.
Assist the engagement team in the preparation of audit reports and management letters.
Exercise professional skepticism, judgment, and adhere to the code of ethics.
Ensure documentation is compliant with firm quality standards.
Communicate effectively with RSM audit professionals, supervisors, and senior management in the U.S.
Take ownership of assigned tasks to ensure service excellence.
Requirements
Bachelors in Commerce
1 year of relevant experience for non-qualified candidates, or CA qualified / ACCA / CPA qualified with 0-1 years of relevant experience
Strong Data Analytical skills including advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas)
Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Preferred Qualifications
CA/ACCA/CPA Freshers who have successfully achieved certification
