Key Responsibilities
Influence technical decisions and optimize system designs for scalability.
Use AI-assisted workflows and coding assistants to streamline development and automate testing.
Take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality, secure, and privacy-focused code.
Lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion.
Stay current on industry trends and serve as an expert on the software development lifecycle and agile engineering practices.
Track metrics for product adoption and success.
Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of experience or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms.
Proficiency in Java, Python, Golang, or C/C++.
Ability to architect and design distributed systems and think critically about application scalability in cloud environments.
Ability to use AI coding assistants such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to resolve complex technical problems.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
