Commercial Lending Servicing Associate

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Lending Servicing Associate in Hyderabad to provide support for servicing activities for commercial products, commercial real estate, and problem loans. The role involves coordinating the resolution of open issues with customers and ongoing portfolio maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for servicing activities for commercial products, commercial real estate, and problem loans.

• Coordinate resolution of open issues with customers and interact with internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence, and ongoing portfolio maintenance.

• Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record.

• Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues.

Requirements

• 6+ months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent.
