Sanofi is seeking a Network Security Engineer to implement security controls, improve network resilience, automate security operations, and respond to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, efficient, and cost-effective enterprise network security solutions including next-generation firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
Develop and maintain firewall policies, security zones, NAT, routing, and access-control policies.
Design, implement and support network segmentation, micro-segmentation, and Zero Trust security initiatives.
Implement security controls across AWS, Azure, and secure hybrid and multi-cloud network connectivity.
Monitor network security events, investigate suspicious activity, and troubleshoot security incidents.
Perform vulnerability remediation and security hardening of network infrastructure.
Automate service delivery, network security provisioning, and configuration compliance.
Develop scripts and workflows using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and REST APIs.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in network engineering or network security engineering.
Strong experience in architecture, design, development, and implementation of large-scale Network Security technology.
In-depth knowledge of Firewalls platforms from Palo Alto, Cisco, and Checkpoint, along with IPS/IDS.
Experience with LAN, WAN, Internet, data centre, and SD-WAN environments.
Experience with AWS or Azure networking and Zero Trust architectures.
Experience using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and REST APIs for network automation.
Good communication and presentation skills in English.
