PwC is seeking a Senior Associate Scrum Master to provide consulting services and optimize operational efficiency through agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Apply deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working.
Identify and navigate through roadblocks and impediments.
Take ownership of PODs and ensure timely and quality deliverables.
Communicate openly, resolving and managing conflicts while maintaining a positive environment.
Facilitate risk identification, mitigation, and monitoring.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience.
Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master certification.
BE, B.Tech, MBA, or Master of Engineering degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Agile delivery experience with Microsoft products such as Dynamics and data transformation.
