You will ensure that all technical services are maintained operational during your shift duty at JLL. This role takes charge of entire technical assets in the building, managing the engineering team and supporting the Property Manager for coordinating technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain electromechanical and utilities services at the site with the help of a technician team.
Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, single-line diagrams, and specifications for critical systems like MV/LV power distribution, UPS, and generators.
Lead root-cause analysis for electrical faults and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Execute testing, commissioning, and validation of new electrical equipment or facility upgrades.
Conduct regular site inspections to check for risk and defect areas, hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff.
Formulate budgeting controls and monitor SLAs and KPIs for JLL and outsourced agencies.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or any equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of work experience in Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry.
