As an Assistant Manager for Warehouse and Distribution at Johnson & Johnson, you will work closely with third-party logistics providers and supply chain teams to ensure proper execution of the overall warehouse and distribution strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with Third-Party Logistics providers for distribution operations and drive cost-efficient operations.
Account for efficient and compliant operations of distribution and transportation activities.
Manage collaborative relationships between sales and supply chain organizations across J&J companies.
Implement consistent and standard policies and processes that build growth and drive efficiency and cost savings.
Deploy and execute global strategy to support business growth, reduce risk, and improve cost efficiencies.
Lead transportation compliance activities following global standards such as temperature and humidity control.
Incorporate FPX methodologies across all aspects of projects to drive flawless execution.
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience.
Experience in managing large scale transformational projects.
Strong business acumen and understanding of end-to-end supply chain, warehousing, and transportation.
Proven ability to work effectively in a highly complex and dynamic environment.
Strong people management skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
Preferred Qualifications
Green Belt Six Sigma certification.
APICS certification.
