Dover is looking for a Tech Lead - UX to drive user research, create intuitive responsive interfaces, and lead design initiatives across global platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, create user personas, journey maps, and information architectures to inform design decisions.
Design and develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern design tools and front end technologies.
Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
Develop responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Establish and document best practices for UI development focused on responsive design across multiple devices and screen sizes.
Work directly with customers to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing results.
Ensure consistent design language across products and platforms through effective implementation of design systems.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer engagement.
Prior experience in leading design initiatives and collaborating with development teams.
Practical experience in user-centered design methodologies, front-end development, responsive designs, and usability testing.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Experience with Angular or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for inclusivity.
