Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Associate to join their Global Operations team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will support key securities operations activities, including client onboarding and account maintenance, to help deliver efficient, accurate, and customer-focused services.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in low-complexity securities operations activities across the trade lifecycle, following established procedures and controls.
Review routine operational issues, policies, and procedures for which solutions can be identified using standard practices.
Support operational processes such as client account onboarding, cash payments, customer service, funding, custodial operations, and securities settlements.
Gather information and perform basic research and analysis to support the resolution of operational issues.
Monitor daily securities and cash-related activities and help ensure assigned work is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
6+ months of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent.
6+ months of experience supporting client onboarding, including account setup and documentation review.
6+ months of experience in account maintenance, including processing updates and ensuring compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification with automation and workflow tools such as Alteryx or Xceptor.
Knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
