Operations Processor - Treasury & Payments

Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor to support treasury operations, global payments, and client implementation activities with a strong commitment to accuracy and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily treasury operations, including global payments and related financial services transactions, in accordance with established procedures.

• Support end-to-end client implementation and treasury management activities for U.S. clients.

• Configure banking products accurately and ensure all implementations meet applicable regulatory and quality requirements.

• Apply knowledge of banking products, treasury functions, payment flows, and operational controls.

• Interpret and apply policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and assigned projects within the scope of the role.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate information and resolve operational matters.

• Collect, validate, analyze, and prepare operational data and reports.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of operations support experience, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in treasury operations, global payments, financial services processing, client implementation, or onboarding.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience using Excel macros or similar automation tools.
