Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant to lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives within the Business Intelligence functional area and enable clear delivery of insights.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to large-scale planning related to business intelligence deliverables.
Review and analyze business, operational, or technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of data interpretation and visualization methods.
Create diagnostic analytics and dashboards.
Independently resolve issues and lead teams to meet data-related deliverables and strategy.
Leverage an understanding of data structures and domain-specific knowledge to impact data visualization products, dashboards, reports, and insights.
Collaborate and consult with peers to produce actionable insights and trends.
Lead projects, teams, and serve as a mentor for lower-level staff.
Drive adoption of insights and metrics to enable a data-driven decision-making approach.
Requirements
4+ years of business intelligence and data visualization experience or equivalent.
Strong understanding of data structures and end-user experience.
