Key Responsibilities
Eliciting requirements from clients and BAs to determine CRM needs.
Developing quality solutions on the Salesforce platform, including designing, coding, and implementing applications.
Adhering to timelines and development goals using project-specific development methodologies.
Unit testing the stability and functionality of the application.
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs raised by the QA or client team across SDLC phases.
Providing documentation, technical training, and knowledge transfer for Salesforce staff.
Ensuring non-functional requirements like security and application integrity are met.
Requirements
4 to 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications.
Good understanding of all major configuration tools, Apex, and LWC.
At least one end-to-end Salesforce project development experience.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Bachelor of Engineering or B.Tech degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce platform developer and app builder certifications.
