JLL is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Investment Modeling for the Business line Capital Market in Gurugram. You will be supporting the business via financial modeling and template creation of operating and development properties using Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Support the business in financial modeling and template creation of operating and development properties.
Work closely with analysts and stakeholders from global offices on capital market processes.
Leverage existing industry research and external data sources to identify prospects and drive pipeline effectiveness.
Construct, maintain, and validate primary and secondary financial models from scratch.
Extract key insights from public data sources, macroeconomic trends, and company financials.
Utilize advanced statistical techniques, Excel, internal CRM, and data management systems.
Requirements
4-7 years of work experience in commercial real estate industry with proficiency in financial models in Excel.
Subject matter expert level skills in real estate domain.
Strong quantitative orientation with knowledge of property valuations including Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, and NPV.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of VBA macros and power query.
Completed CFA certification.
