Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Analyst to conduct analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to derive meaningful insights and support business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to derive meaningful insights and recommendations for business strategies.
Develop and maintain forecasting models and techniques to project sales, demand, and market trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems, goals, and KPIs to develop analytical frameworks.
Perform statistical analyses, data mining, and predictive modelling to uncover trends and correlations.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in any engineering discipline, MIS, operations management, or relevant academic program.
3+ years of experience in a similar business analyst role within the biopharma or pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques, predictive modeling, and forecasting methodologies.
Experience in working with real-world data, large datasets, data visualization tools, and statistical software packages such as R, Python, or SAS.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification or training in relevant analytics or business intelligence tools.
