As Senior Project Lead at JLL, you will take total responsibility for the overall success of major projects, guiding teams to achieve outcomes that exceed client expectations and meet commercial objectives. You will collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders and establish effective organisational structures for reporting, communication, and working procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead major projects to success by establishing effective organisational structures for reporting, communication, and working procedures.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by identifying their needs, requirements, and constraints while managing revenue and payment cycles.
Build rapport with prospects, survey client needs, and support the preparation of PM proposals.
Create a network of professional consultants to deliver the required scope of every project.
Handle contract administration of all vendors professionally according to legal requirements and identify project risks to mitigate them.
Develop project-related reports, analyses, and reviews regularly.
Requirements
Degree in any property-related discipline.
At least 10 to 12 years of experience in design, construction, or project management.
Deep understanding of the legal environment for each project regarding planning, commercial aspects, and delivery.
Superior communication skills with empathy and emotional intelligence.
