Grafana Labs is looking for a technically fluent engineer who loves building powerful demos, explaining complex systems clearly, and helping SRE and platform engineering leaders understand observability.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos highlighting Grafana's value.
Record high-quality technical demo videos and lead webinars and workshops.
Serve as product marketing's technical liaison to the solutions engineering organization.
Extend technical narratives into buyer-facing channels including analyst briefings and podcasts.
Partner with software engineers to streamline demo setup and content workflows using automation and AI tools.
Requirements
5+ years in a technical role such as solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, or backend engineering.
Interest and ability to travel to training and customer events 10-12 weeks per year.
Strong understanding of observability.
