The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst at Citi is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures to identify and define necessary system enhancements.
Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions.
Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues.
Identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgements to recommend and implement solutions.
Requirements
2-5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry.
Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role.
Professional software/data engineering with deep ETL expertise.
Hands-on Ab Initio experience (graphs, plans, PDL, DML) and a track record designing ETL pipelines.
Strong with data processing at scale both file based and streaming pipelines with Kafka Integration.
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
