JLL is seeking a Lead Planning & Execution to manage and execute a diverse portfolio of corporate events, townhalls, and employee engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute a diverse portfolio of corporate events and all-hands meetings
Own end-to-end event delivery from concept development and budgeting to execution
Lead planning and execution of festival celebrations and REWS-specific programming
Oversee all technical aspects of events including AV setup, lighting, and hybrid event technology
Manage vendor relationships, float RFQs, negotiate contracts, and manage purchase orders
Requirements
5 to 8 years of experience in an event management company, production agency, or experiential marketing firm
Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute large-scale corporate events
Strong technical knowledge of AV, production, lighting, and stage design
Established and active vendor database across production categories
Proficiency in event management tools, Google Workspace, and project tracking platforms
