The UI Designer will work hand in hand with a dedicated User Researcher at Bosch Global Software Technologies, translating validated user needs and business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with distributed international teams and development teams throughout the design process.
Translate validated user needs and business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user interfaces.
Align new concepts with existing design patterns and user journeys.
Create pixel-perfect user interfaces with high attention to detail using Figma.
Apply and maintain a consistent, brand-compliant design language and shared design libraries.
Requirements
Automotive or Manufacturing domain experience
5 to 9 years of experience
Expert-level proficiency in Figma
Deep understanding of UI and UX principles, patterns, and best practices
Excellent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
German language skills
Experience designing complex enterprise applications
Experience working in agile product environments
