Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Plan Data Analyst to process data tickets for SAP and OMP Plan data in an accurate and timely manner to support the J&J Vision Supply Chain Planning organization.
Key Responsibilities
Execute data uploads into SAP via Winshuttle and into OMP Planning System via standard templates for material master, bill of materials, routings, etc.
Validate data templates for accuracy of inputs using established work instructions and follow up with Requestor if information is invalid or insufficient.
Familiarize with the master data solution design for SAP and OMP.
Work with various stakeholders to solve data-related issues and identify opportunities to improve current state processes and build new future state processes.
Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to streamline data-related processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Quickly gain knowledge of current processes and end-to-end information needed to assess the impact of data to upstream and downstream business and systems.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation including Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, protocols, and data quality catalogs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Attention to details required.
Strong analytical skills required.
Supply chain experience, preferably in master data, operations, or multi-functional business environment.
Basic business and/or technical knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain data elements, process, and organizational support models.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence multiple partners.
Ability to contribute on a diverse, multicultural, and partially remote team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP master data management.
Experience with OMP.
SAP Winshuttle experience.
Data management experience in the context of large ERP platforms.
