Bosch is seeking a Hardware Architect to lead end-to-end hardware design and development of embedded systems, ensuring compliance and cost-effective products.
Key Responsibilities
Own full product lifecycle including requirements, design, validation, and production.
Define system architecture and evaluate design trade-offs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO and IEC.
Conduct design reviews including PDR, CDR, and DDR.
Manage effort estimation, BOM, and cost optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, software, mechanical, QA, and production.
Drive DFx practices including DFM, DFT, DFR, and DFS.
Mentor team members and lead multiple engineering teams.
Requirements
B.E in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
4-7 years of experience in hardware design and embedded systems.
Strong knowledge of standard electronic hardware architectures in real-time embedded systems.
Experience in digital and analog circuit design and high-speed interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of IoT and battery management system design and testing.
