Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact workstreams in cross-functional programs, driving process transformation.

• Act as a subject matter expert in program and project management, leveraging structured PM practices.

• Build and manage strong partnerships with senior project stakeholders and clients.

• Drive accountability for project performance and adherence to established procedures.

• Operate effectively within a matrix management structure.

• Drive analysis of complex data and business processes, developing initial hypotheses and data-driven solutions.

• Support target operating model and process transformation initiatives.

• Work closely with Technology teams throughout delivery in solution design, implementation, and testing.
