This role is part of the Productivity CitiLean Reengineering Team based out of Gurgaon, responsible for supporting and driving the Global CitiLean Reengineering Book of Work focused on revenue enhancement, operating model and process optimization, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting CitiLean projects within or across businesses.
Lead data analysis and project workstreams from scoping to implementation leveraging continuous improvement and CitiLean tools.
Leverage automation capabilities to simplify processes and conduct automation feasibility studies.
Interface with business, key stakeholders, and leadership, proactively communicating project updates.
Support project workshops, pilots, and delivery activities to achieve targets.
Educate teams in CitiLean and Automation tools, techniques, and principles through workshops and training sessions.
Accountable for achieving measurable and sustainable operational efficiency results and financial benefits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; MBA is desirable.
Minimum of 6+ years total work experience with deep experience in financial services.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of data analytics experience, preferably in supporting projects in a re-engineering or consulting organization.
Strong exposure to process automation tools and data analytics capabilities including cost analysis and benchmarking.
Ability to work effectively with senior managers and large teams across countries and functions.
Strong communication, presentation, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
