Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Lending Servicing Specialist in Hyderabad to support and service Asset Based Lending portfolios within Commercial Banking Operations. This role leads complex servicing activities, ensuring accurate execution and serving as a platform subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
Review and negotiate complex loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks.
Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues and operational risks.
Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics as related to efficiencies and effective processes.
Lead a variety of servicing activities for Asset Based Lending products including revolving lines, term loans, and borrowing base structures.
Review and process interest, fees, principal activity, amendments, waivers, renewals, and restructurings.
Requirements
5+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience.
Hands-on proficiency with Loan IQ, LUCAS, STUCKEY or equivalent commercial lending platforms.
Training-related experience including drafting training plans and delivering programs.
2+ years of experience supervising daily team deliverables.
Strong understanding of Asset Based Lending products and syndicated loan servicing.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of loan documentation and ability to interpret Legal Credit Agreements.
