Collins Aerospace is looking for an LCC Shared Services Analyst to ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and alignment of shared resources, documentation, and training tools across Legal, Contracts, and Compliance groups. You will contribute to operational transparency and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Perform initial intake of requests through designated enterprise intake processes and tools for the LCC group.
Maintain accurate and complete data across tracking tools, platforms, and internal systems.
Monitor and manage centralized communication channels including shared inboxes, ticketing systems, and request queues.
Perform basic compliance checks to ensure required documentation and approval steps are completed.
Upload, index, name, and maintain records in designated repositories to ensure retrievability.
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree.
Experience in performing intake and routing of requests through enterprise processes and tools.
Experience maintaining accurate and complete data across tracking tools or platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Less than 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
Experience with written and verbal English communication to collaborate with global teams.
