Senior Director - Solutions Builder

Salesforce is hiring a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions inside complex customer environments. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive engineering excellence while operating at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions inside complex customer environments.

• Own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing to ensure cross-functional squads have the horsepower to deploy Agentforce at enterprise scale.

• Foster an inclusive and high-energy engineering culture where builders iterate fast using tools like Cursor and Claude.

• Partner directly with Product and Engineering organizations on pilot programs and beta rollouts, turning raw field insights into core roadmap features.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop Technical and Strategic Builders while driving technical excellence and career growth.

• Serve as the final technical escalation point for your portfolio, maintaining architectural judgment across the Salesforce platform and LLM techniques.

• Build and anchor strong executive-level relationships within your customer portfolio to ensure flawless Agentforce activation and rollout.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership steering cross-functional engineering or technical teams.

• 18+ years of technical background with recent deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
