As a Sr. Business Analyst within the Enterprise IT Legal, Compliance & Security Value Team at MSD, you will support the Compliance Product Line, delivering technology solutions for the Ethics & Compliance Office. You will play a critical dual role within the Restricted Party Screening program by driving complex integrations and providing expert support for dashboards and portals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate ongoing RPS integrations, managing dependencies across diverse enterprise systems like SAP and Veeva CRM.
Conduct in-depth discovery, requirements gathering, and gap analysis for new integrations under time and capacity constraints.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to integration delays, system updates, resource shortages, and external technology supplier dependencies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for RPS Dashboards and Portal support, implementing new change requests from business stakeholders.
Prepare, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation including SDLC artifacts, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage stakeholder communications, set expectations, and drive consensus on priorities and timelines.
Support the testing process by creating and executing test cases and helping to prepare test data.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the delivery manager by collaborating with team members and resolving blockers.
Champion innovation by identifying and driving creative problem-solving approaches including AI proof-of-concepts.
Support teams seeking to integrate with the RPS platform by assisting with routine requests such as API access and test data needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis for large-scale, multi-system enterprise environments.
Demonstrated expertise in leading complex system integrations and supporting business intelligence or reporting solutions.
Advanced system thinking and ability to map and manage dependencies across multiple enterprise platforms.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and change requests under tight deadlines.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of GRC principles and enterprise risk management.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong experience in dashboard and portal design, support, and enhancement focused on compliance and data quality.
Experience with technology supplier management and troubleshooting data quality issues.
Experience bringing innovative problem-solving skills to technical product and integration process improvements including AI-driven solutions.
Knowledge of supply chain processes and platforms, experience with ServiceNow, and understanding of enterprise risk & compliance and SDLC documentation.
