AVP - Business Analyst Quality Management – Client Tax & Regulatory Reporting

Citi is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join the Quality Management Team in Wealth Operations, with a specialized focus on Client Tax Reporting and Regulatory Reporting. This role is crucial in contributing to the development and implementation of automated solutions for Quality Assurance within these processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of automated solutions for Quality Assurance within Client Tax Reporting and Regulatory Reporting.

• Design and implement automated testing processes, controls, and monitoring to ensure accuracy.

• Support the development and monitoring of robust data quality metrics and controls to ensure the integrity of data.

• Contribute to the Quality Assurance framework for all Client Tax Reporting activities.

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and technology teams to address QA issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5-8+ years of experience in implementing controls and Quality Assurance, with a focus on automation, within Client Tax Reporting and/or Regulatory Reporting.

• Working experience in implementing automation tools in Client Tax Reporting and/or Regulatory Reporting.

• Proficiency in data analytics and QA tools like Python and SQL.
