Senior Associate - Employee Central Time Tracking SAP Advisory

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to specialise in SAP business application consulting, helping clients optimise operational efficiency through software solutions. You will analyze client needs, implement software implementations, and provide expert advisory for SAP Employee Central and Time Tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Employee Central track for large multi-country implementations for international and domestic customers.

• Configure all functionalities including Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, and Time Off.

• Create absence time types and time account types while assigning time off master data.

• Independently lead design workshops for customers and incorporate leading practices.

• Handle platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central and third-party payroll systems.

Requirements

• Master of Business Administration or Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking.

• Hands-on experience in Employee Central functionalities, Foundation, Position Management, and Time Off.

• Understanding of data migration strategies and platform integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Central Time tracking implementation projects.
