Key Responsibilities
Analyze employee relations trends and provide recommendations on complex workforce relations matters.
Collaborate with legal and HR teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with workforce matters.
Support organizational change initiatives by owning the workforce transition process.
Independently manage a large volume of complex workforce relations cases including investigations of harassment and discrimination.
Advise on and support disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employment decisions.
Requirements
Total of 10-15 years of experience with at least 5-6 years in an Employee Relations role.
4-year Bachelor Degree preferred.
