PwC is looking for an AI/ML Senior Manager to build practices and drive sales in the Global Capability Centre segment. You will lead complex multi-workstream AI and data transformation programmes, driving technological adoption and enterprise-scale solutions.
AI & Analytics Transformation Leadership
Lead enterprise data modernisation, GenAI and Agentic AI deployment, and MLOps industrialisation.
Review solution architectures, model design choices, evaluation frameworks, and Responsible AI controls.
Define use-case portfolios, value cases, and establish measurable outcomes like cycle-time reduction and ROI.
Business Development & Sales
Own an annual sales and origination target while building qualified pipelines across GCC accounts.
Build CXO-level relationships with CDOs, CIOs, and CTOs to grow accounts into major platforms.
Practice & Capability Building
Build reusable IP, accelerators, and industry AI solutions for PwC's GenAI asset library.
Scale technical teams through mentoring, hiring, and career sponsorship.
Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Business Administration degree.
Minimum 7+ years in a client-facing technology or management consulting role.
Demonstrated hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling ML and GenAI solutions.
Proven sales track record with significant cumulative influenced revenue.
Preferred Qualifications
Sector depth in BFSI, Consumer/Retail, Pharma, or Manufacturing.
Published research, patents, or open-source contributions in AI/ML.
