DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A Intl, APAC Region located in Bangalore, India, playing a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for markets across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for markets across the APAC region.
Prepare and analyze financial results, including P&L performance, variance analysis, and key performance indicators.
Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business initiatives, investments, and strategic decisions.
Support month-end close activities by reviewing results, ensuring data accuracy, and explaining variances to plan and prior periods.
Provide clear and concise financial insights and presentations for senior management and regional leadership.
Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and standard methodologies across the markets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA.
Experience supporting APAC regional or APAC markets FP&A activities.
Exposure to MedTech, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Experience in a multinational, shared services, or matrixed environment.
Familiarity with ERP and planning tools such as SAP, Anaplan, TM1, and BRAVO.
Progress toward or completion of a professional finance qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Certifications including CPA or CMA.
